With thirty-four years of extensive experience in humanitarian service, Mr. Kripa Shankar Dubey has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to integrity and excellence. He holds an M.A. in Social Work and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kashi Vidyapeeth University in Varanasi, UP. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and executed numerous projects, adapting to changing circumstances while consistently exceeding expectations.
Since 1994, Mr. Kripa has served as the Director of SOS Adoptions at SOS Children’s Villages of India, playing a crucial role in supporting organizational initiatives, strategic planning, and policy development. His leadership has significantly enhanced team coordination, communication, and morale, contributing to successful child rehabilitation, community development, and fundraising efforts. He is also skilled in liaising with media and local and international agencies, ensuring smooth adoption processes and providing essential counseling for children and adolescents.
Prior to his role at SOS Children’s Villages, he was the Project Director at Salaam Balak Trust, where he managed administrative tasks, led fundraising efforts, and collaborated with government officials on project proposals. He provided non-formal education for disadvantaged children and organized awareness campaigns on HIV/AIDS and sex education.
Additionally, Mr. Kripa has held positions at the Association for Social Health in India and the Christian Care Fund, where he organized drug addiction awareness programs, facilitated adult education, and developed income-generating schemes for women. His dedication and impact have been recognized through numerous workshops, seminars, and awards, underscoring his significant influence in the humanitarian sector.
